How it works

From one bill to a lower price, in four steps

Saveila is an AI money agent for your household bills. It reads your bill, shows exactly where you could save, and only acts with your permission.

    Discover

    Upload a bill or statement. It is stored privately and never shared.

    • Take a photo or upload a PDF of any bill: internet, mobile, TV, energy, insurance, subscriptions.
    • The file is scanned, stored privately and visible only to you; nothing is shared with a provider.
    • You can delete it, or export everything, at any time from your account settings.

    Analyze

    AI extracts provider, plan, price, fees and dates, then flags potential savings with evidence.

    • Within minutes the AI reads every line item: plan, price, fees, discounts, promo end dates.
    • Each finding shows the exact line from your bill as evidence and an estimated range, never a guarantee.
    • Clean bills get a clear answer too: nothing to fix is a valid result.

  3. 03

    Authorize

    You review the evidence and explicitly approve one specific action — or dismiss it.

    • Open a finding, read the evidence, and approve one specific action with a defined scope.
    • The scope is yours: for example no plan change, no cancellation, and a maximum monthly price.
    • You confirm the request in your account, and you can withdraw it before we contact your provider.

  4. 04

    Verify

    Outcomes are checked and recorded. Only verified savings count, and fees are disclosed up front.

    • Saveila contacts the provider as your authorized representative and records what they said.
    • The result is checked against your next bill before any saving is counted as verified.
    • Fees are disclosed before you authorize and apply only to verified savings.
