How Saveila handles your data

Documents. Bills and statements you upload are stored in private object storage and accessed only through short-lived signed links. They are used to analyse your household costs and are never shared with a provider until you explicitly authorize a specific action.

Account data. We store your name, email, password hash, session records and an audit trail of important actions (sign-in, authorizations, changes). We never store plaintext passwords.

Analytics. We record anonymous visitor events (page views, acquisition source such as UTM parameters) to understand how people find Saveila. These are linked to your account only when you sign up.

Communications. Account emails (verification, password reset, security notices) come from hello@saveila.com. Savings updates come from savings@saveila.com and support from support@saveila.com. Marketing email is sent only with a valid consent basis and every message includes an immediate unsubscribe.

Your controls. You can export your data, delete your account, revoke sessions and opt out of marketing at any time from your settings. Suppression requests are honoured immediately and persist.

Estimates. Potential savings are estimates based on the evidence in your documents. Only outcomes we have verified are labelled as verified savings.
