FAQ
Questions, answered
Everything you might want to know before you upload your first bill.
- Is Saveila free to try?
- Yes. Creating an account and uploading your first bill costs nothing. Plans and the success fee on verified savings are shown on the pricing section and inside the app before you authorize anything.
- What do you need from me?
- Only a copy of the bill. We never ask for passwords, card numbers or social security numbers, and we never log in to your provider accounts.
- Will you change my plan or cancel something without asking?
- No. Every action needs your explicit authorization with a defined scope — for example “negotiate a lower price, no plan change, no cancellation”. Uploading a bill never authorizes anything.
- How does Saveila talk to my provider?
- As your authorized representative. We identify ourselves truthfully as Saveila acting on your behalf, make the exact request you approved, and record what the provider said.
- Are the savings guaranteed?
- No, and anyone who guarantees savings is guessing. We show an estimated range with the evidence line from your bill, and we only count a saving after it is verified on a later bill.
- Is my data safe, and can I leave?
- Documents are stored privately with short-lived access links, nothing is shared until you authorize an action, and you can export or delete everything from your account settings at any time.
- Which bills can Saveila help with?
- Household bills such as internet, mobile phone, TV, energy, insurance and subscriptions. Upload a PDF or a photo of the bill.
- How much does Saveila cost?
- It’s free to start. When your provider confirms a saving, a one-time fee applies as a share of the confirmed saving, shown and agreed before you authorize anything. A paid plan lowers that share. See the pricing page for current details.
- How do I see the provider’s confirmation?
- When the provider confirms your new price, Saveila shows you their confirmation or reference number in your account after the fee is paid, so you can always quote it to your provider.
- Can I withdraw an authorization?
- Yes. Contact us before we reach out to your provider and we won’t act on it. Nothing is ever done without your explicit approval.
